The hotel is clean, has views of the mountains and tea plantations. Rooms are a nice size and well-equipped with the fan and ac, food is good. The location is convenient, 2 km from Nine Arch Bridge. What's more, it's in a truly beautiful area near the beautiful gardens, a delightful short hike through tea plantations to the top and which is open to the elements.

The amazing views from the beautiful triple room were a highlight, giving a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Staff members consistently were really good, especially the receptionist, whose friendliness. While the international dishes were decent, the restaurant experience could use improvement. The service felt slow at times. A few minor issues with maintenance in our room detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay, but the natural surroundings and overall ambiance created a tranquil atmosphere for our getaway.

The view from the beautiful room was amazing, surrounded by beautiful flowers. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight, with a lovely variety of local dishes. I loved the warm atmosphere created by the owner, who clearly has a passion for gardening. The staff showed genuine kindness, especially when helping with our early morning requests. The restaurant could use some improvement. Service there seemed a bit slow, and the layout felt cramped. A little training for the staff would make a huge difference. The room was clean but could benefit from a thorough check of the amenities. We noticed a few items missing. Despite some hiccups, the charm of the garden and the view were good.

The views from our spacious room were truly breathtaking, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner that hit the spot after a day of exploring. Relaxing in the beautiful garden and soaking up some sun on the terrace was just what we needed. The breakfast rush was a little hectic, but it didn’t take away from our great experience overall. 🌺

The chalet offered a fantastic mountain view. The surrounding gardens bloom vibrantly, made it a pleasant spot to relax.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room left much to be desired, with damp spots on the ceiling and a lingering odor that was unsettling. The beds also felt uncomfortable and a bit worn.

This place is just a solid selection for a swift visit in Ella with very nice value for money. The staff helped us with an urgent early check-in, super convenient. Try asking for a room with a view for the best experience.

Couples looking for adventure

The views from our room were insane, like waking up in a postcard! I still remember the delicious breakfast outside, surrounded by so many colorful flowers. It felt magical.

It wasn't cheap, but it felt fair for the experience we got.

Flower garden resort was a cozy escape! The rooms werenice and neat. Special thanks to the amazing staff, especially shontha and vipuln, who helped my husband during a little mishap. Their kindness. Breakfast was a good variety of delicious options too!

We cherished the fine views from our room and were impressed by the hospitality, especially from Sachith.

Dining was decent, but the restaurant could improve its service during busy hours. Future guests should prepare for some inconveniences, but expect friendly staff eager to help.
