The breathtaking views from the deluxe triple room were a highlight, giving a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Staff members consistently went above and beyond, especially the receptionist, whose friendliness made us feel welcomed. While the international dishes were decent, the restaurant experience could use improvement. the service felt slow at times. A few minor issues with maintenance in our room detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay, but the natural surroundings and overall ambiance created a tranquil atmosphere for our getaway.

Our stay at Ella Flower Garden Resort was incredible! We cherished the stunning views from our room and were truly impressed by the hospitality, especially from Sachith, who made us feel at home.

Dining was decent, but the restaurant could improve its service during busy hours. Future guests should prepare for some inconveniences, but expect friendly staff eager to help.
